Floreria Atlantico in Buenos Aires

At first we were delighted with the process of getting down the bar through a fridge door in a flower shop. But then we get a bonus of having one of the best drinks ever served to us. The mixed crowd is an opportunity for great conversation. Place is not big and not a lot of tables. Be prepared to stand and wait for a bar seat. Highly recommend, though!

It's an amazing place. Author drinks are really awesome (price is also pretty high). Being in the city center it's a must to pay a visit to it, at least once and try a single drink. You can go with a small group or by yourself.

This place has some of the most talented mixologists that we have ever encountered. The experimentation with flavor profiles is amazing. We just had cocktails, but the food on some other tables looked great.

Coming from NY I would expect a speakeasy bar to have great drinks and great service. The drinks were maybe 3 out of 5 and no communication was established with the bartender. Drinks were made at a different location of the bar so we did not see anything happen. The place is set up very well. You walk in to a flower shop head downstairs to a very crowded Bar/dinner tables.

This is one of those places that no matter how much someone talks about, it would never overcome the experience of actually visit the place. It’s a flower shop that hosts a subterranean bar! The flower shop has beautiful flowers and also sells wine bottles from local producers. The bar has a navy vibe, the menu offers great suggestions of cocktails, that are inspired in different countries, and also offers great finger food to share. My suggestion is the tartar steak❤️ or any plate with seafood.Btw, don’t forget to enjoy the neighborhood, the building’s architecture is breathtaking.

Food was a disaster and the service was below poor. Drinks were decent, though despite different names, the only difference was the lemon garnish on some of them. Stay clear. There are so many better places to visit.

Fun little speakeasy joint. Bar tenders were spot on, drinks were good, and fun variety. Couple of drinks on the menu weren’t available due to missing ingredients though. The lamb dish was superb, very well put together. Shrimp weren’t too bad. Service was ok, but the ambience of the place was fantastic.

Cool entrance and vibe downstairs. Fair prices (6-7usd for cocktail). Food pretty good also.

Drinks are great, food ok, offering is limited. Service quite attentive and cheerful. The atmosphere is great, so it is worth to visit for some drinks.

Great speakeasy style bar underneath a flower shop.

You may have heard about this speakeasy, but if you haven't, you are in for a treat. Excellent food and drinks menu. Terrific service. Enjoy! And take some flowers home or back to your hotel.

An underwhelming experience. We expected something more but got normal. The cocktails and the bar food were just okay. Not ‘Top 50 Bar in the World’ worthy at all. The staff was good and helpful. The ambiance is club-like complete with a DJ. Overall, an ok bar and ok cocktails - it doesn’t come close to top bars in the world.

This little speakeasy, deceivingly hidden below a flower shop was probably the highlight restaurant of my trip to Argentina. It's actually ranked in the top 50 best bars in 2019! I enjoyed a Lamb Shank w/Polenta which words nor photos can do it justice. The cocktails are both imaginative and delightful, with a exquisite wine menu to support it. If you get the chance, this place is a MUST. Try and book a reservation first though, as it's normally busy.

Not sure what all the hype is about. OK food, OK drinks, quite on the pricey side. The bartenders could be faster and they should not be overdoing the aircon so much. Maybe it was just that I was expecting something special after hearing about this place so much, if I would not I'd probably give it 3-4 stars, but it was just below my expectations

Top notch drinks and atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by while in Buenos Aires. Went here with my wife and another couple which made for a great double date. Bartenders were very knowledgeable and helpful. Cocktails made with care and precision. We all enjoyed the unique nautical theme.

Good food, friendly place for informal eating

I cannot say anything about their food as we didn't have time to taste anything. Our drinks came after almost 35 minutes although we were there early when there were only few tables. We could have drunk at least two each and they would have earned now money. It was a very disappointing experience. The atmosphere is not bad but my expectations were higher. Little claustrophobic.

Went there for late drinks, 10 mins before it closed and then let us in (with a smile!). The drinks were as good as one would expect in one of the world's 50th best bars. Bartenders were friendly and helpful and last but not least... The entrance to the speakeasy is just incredible! The shop and that smell... ♥️

Voted best bar in South America and 3rd best worldwide. Definitely worth a visit. Great cocktails at very reasonable prices. We had in total 6 alcoholic and 2 non-alcoholic cocktails and I ended up paying about 36 euro 😲😊👍

A special place for a drink in BA. We were hypnotised by the bar tender making our drinks: such passion and talent. Delicious negronis in an unforgettable setting.

Trendy place. Portion of food not according to the argentinian standard. Not cheap but to be visitited. Closed there is the Rotiseria Atlantico. Good for lunch (same policy of Floreria). Limited choice but excellent quality

Best. Bar. Ever.Go here. Period.Secret entrance? Not so much. Stop and smell the flowers, then head on down the freezer door to the bar for excellent drinks, atmosphere, and bartenders. You will have drinks you have never had before, guaranteed. There are about 40 cocktails to choose from, topped with surprise-me cocktails from bartenders. This secret bar in a florist is not really that secret as you should expect a decent crowd here but it is well worth mingling with the nicely dressed crowd.

Excellent and trendy place with diffetiate concept! You actually enter to the flower store and them by opening the cava door you find the stairs down to the bar that looks like a cave or ancient tabern. Great selection of drinks, beer and food !! Advice : if you want to have dinner plan ahead and call to reserve the table as it can get very crowded ;)

The greatest speakeasy I've ever been too. The theme and vibes are cool! The prices are great for me compared to bars back in Philadelphia. Way better. I haven't tried the food, so I can't comment on that.

Delicious food! The menu is short but delicious ! The Pate that is more like a mouse is so good! And the meat empanadas 🤤The place is beautiful and the service is great! If you go around 8 pm there will not be so many people, so you won’t have to wait.

Walked in without knowing it’s #2 in the world’s 50 best bars. Who knew! You’d expect the top 10 to be glitzy, sometimes pretentious bars selling drinks that cost a liver per cocktail.Staff were friendly and attentive, atmosphere is cool, drinks were fun and enjoyable.

The best bar in Argentina / South America by 100 miles. Just outstanding

Getting here and finding this place is fun and everything a speakeasy should be. The crowd is an intergenerational mix. The empanada with fish and jalepeño was very fishy. Hubby had a tomahawk steak with only a butter knife and miraculously, that's all he needed. My drink (Kings chai) was less of a chai flavor and more licorice. The bathrooms are a fun sensory experience. If you go without a reservation, as we did, be prepared to be rushed out the door when the table's spoken-for guests arrive.
